Your Private Oasis in Punta Cana
Serena Village is a real estate project launched by CAYACOA GROUP, the parent company of a group of businesses involved in every aspect of the real estate value chain, with a strong presence in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic. More specifically, it is a private, vacation-oriented residential development located in Verón, 6 km from Playa Bávaro and 3 km from Punta Cana International Airport.
A Project to be Lived In
The land on which the development is built covers an area of 201,500 m2 and has been designed to ensure that green spaces prevail, allowing users and residents to fully enjoy them.
Additionally, the residential complex will feature, among its many amenities, a total of 11 pools upon completion, making it the development with the most pools available in the area.
1504 Apartments Since 2012
The project began construction in 2012. This development consists of the urbanization and construction of 1,504 apartments distributed in 5 stages with a total of 94 buildings.
This development is 75% complete (january 2025), with the goal of completing it in december 2025.
